What is the battery life of a power wheelchair?
Most power wheelchairs can travel 8-15 miles on a single charge, but actual range varies depending on weight, terrain and battery age. City dweller? A low range may be sufficient.
How long does the battery last?
3-5 years or more, depending on frequency of use and maintenance.
What is the difference between a power wheelchair and a mobility scooter?
Power wheelchairs are designed for all-weather, all-terrain use, customized seating needs, and tight spaces - think of them as “personal mobility centers”. Mobility scooters are better suited for short trips and for people who still have some ability to walk.
Is it difficult to maintain a power wheelchair?
Not at all - just keep an eye on the batteries, tires and electronics.
Will my power wheelchair be covered by insurance?
Sometimes. It depends on your medical needs, your doctor's documentation, and your insurance company's policy. It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before choosing a particular model.
Will insurance pay for a power wheelchair?
Some insurance companies may cover some or all of the cost of a power wheelchair if your doctor deems it medically necessary. This usually requires documentation and prior approval.
What is the speed of a power wheelchair?
Most power wheelchairs have a speed of about 3-5 mph. Some sport wheelchairs can reach speeds of up to 8 mph, but speed should not come at the expense of safety.
Can a power wheelchair fit in the trunk of my car?
Our power wheelchairs fold easily and will fit in the trunk of almost any car.

What countries can you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States. We will be opening up the rest of the world gradually.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping. For a few remote areas, we charge a shipping fee. Shipping charges will be billed at checkout.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We will process your order within 48 hours. Shipping time is 4-6 business days if in stock in the US. Some remote areas delivery time may be longer. Once the order is completed, we will send you a logistics tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the logistics information of your package.
