Orders are delivered

We primarily ship to the United States and offer free shipping.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment processing and will arrive within 7-10 business days. Due to unforeseen events, the expected delivery date may be delayed. Orders for different products may be shipped separately. All purchases made through jinkee.com are based on a transportation contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once they are delivered to the carrier.

Please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods (Christmas, New Year's), delivery may take 15-30 days.

Cancel order

You can cancel a pending order as long as it has not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
