We will endeavor to ship products according to the published delivery schedule, but all delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to inventory availability, delivery location, and force majeure events. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of delivery delays.
Risk of loss and legal title to the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
